Omar is a student based in Dubai with a deep curiosity for economic structures, finance ecosystems, and modern entrepreneurship models. His vision for the foundation stems from an absolute commitment to bridge the gaps between rigid classroom theory and raw, real-world community execution.
In addition to managing the global Onex Innovation Initiatives and the AI Appathon challenge, he hosts The Compound Effect—a masterclass podcast series tracking deep interviews with fintech builders, seasoned venture capitalists, and operators exploring how impactful frameworks scale.
